At the May 27, 2025 work session, Amos requested that financial repayment structure information be provided via email rather than presented at the next meeting. Amos voted yes on Resolution R-25-20 reaffirming the full project on June 10, 2025, and no on both the western-half-only and full cancellation motions. Amos voted yes to introduce the December 2025 supplemental appropriation and yes on the January 2026 supplemental appropriation vote.
